The Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Commercial Project (CVOW-C) would be an up to 3,000 MW commercial offshore wind facility developed, built, operated, and owned by Dominion Energy. If approved, the CVOW-C Construction and Operations Plan would allow up to 205 turbines that will connect in the area of Hampton Roads in Virginia. The project is approximately 27 statute miles offshore Virginia Beach in Lease Area OCS-A 0483. Additional detail can be found on BOEM’s website at https://www.boem.gov/CVOW-C.
