In collaboration with the US Coast Guard, the Northeast Ocean Data Portal Working Group developed a new page that provides access to maps, data, and information related to a selection of USCG proposed actions in the northeast region. The page is available under Current Issues in the menu at the top of the page.
The USCG proposed actions shown on the page were announced in the Federal Register and are often associated with public comment opportunities. For example, an initial public comment period for the Proposed anchorage ground: approaches to New York, Ambrose, Long Beach, NY is open until June 1, 2021.
